who looks after the fund
The Fund is managed by the ATL Group Pension Fund Trustees Nominee Limited. They are responsible for the administration and investment management of the Fund.
The Trustees are selected from the management of the companies in the Fund, as well as members of the Fund.
It is their legal duty to run the Fund and to look after the assets, as though it were their own.
The main duties of the Trustees are:
- To ensure that the Fund is run in accordance with the Trust Deed and Rules
- To supervise and monitor the administration of the Fund, and
- To appoint the Investment Manager and Administrators to operate your Pension Account
